Accessibility Statement

Barocosignalza GmbH is committed to ensuring that its digital content is accessible to all individuals, regardless of their physical or technical capabilities. This statement outlines the current state of accessibility on our website and our ongoing efforts to improve the user experience.

1. Status of Compliance

We strive to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at the AA level. Currently, our website is partially compliant. We are continuously working to identify and remove barriers to ensure equal access for people with disabilities, in accordance with the principles of the Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) and the Austrian Datenschutzgesetz (DSG).

2. Implemented Measures

To improve accessibility, we have implemented the following technical and design adjustments:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are reachable via the Tab key. A skip-link is provided to allow users to jump directly to the main content.
  • Visual Contrasts: Our color palette meets WCAG AA requirements, ensuring that text remains legible for users with visual impairments.
  • Semantic Structure: We utilize a valid HTML5 structure with a single H1 heading per page and a logical hierarchy of subheadings.
  • Alternative Text: All functional images include descriptive alt-text to assist screen reader users.
  • Motion Reduction: The website respects the system setting prefers-reduced-motion, disabling animations when requested by the user.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas may still require optimization. Occasionally, complex tables in our pricing overview may require horizontal scrolling on very small screens, which can complicate navigation for some screen readers. We are currently evaluating alternative layouts, as referenced in our Terms regarding service descriptions.

4. Feedback and Contact

If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We will review your report and respond within the 24-hour window specified in our business rules.

Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Innsbruck.
