Frequently Asked Questions
Transparency is the foundation of every successful creative partnership. Here you will find comprehensive answers regarding our operational processes, legal frameworks, and the administrative handling of your editorial projects.
To make the onboarding process as efficient as possible for our clients, we have organized the most common inquiries into thematic groups. If you have a specific question about your project that is not covered here, our team is available to assist you via our contact page.
Ordering and Briefing
The process begins with a non-binding inquiry through our contact form. After an initial analysis of your requirements, we create a proposal based on our fixed rates (e.g., per 1,000 words or per article). Once you accept the proposal, we send you a briefing questionnaire where you define the target audience, tone of voice, and core messages.
An effective brief should include the primary goal of the text, the desired length, the target audience, and any mandatory keywords or key points. The more precise the specifications, the lower the need for revisions. You can find a detailed guide in our article "How to Write a Content Brief".
We strongly recommend a brief to ensure quality and alignment. In exceptional cases, we can conduct a short alignment call to gather the necessary information. However, without a clear written foundation, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the first draft.
Yes, particularly with our Corporate Blog Management packages, we support you in the strategic planning of themes. The operational implementation then takes place based on a mutually agreed-upon topic list.
Deadlines and Delivery
Our average delivery time is 5 days from the moment we receive all necessary information and the signed proposal. For more complex projects, such as Corporate Stories, the duration may vary depending on the availability of the interviewees.
For express orders that require a significantly shorter deadline than our standard delivery time, we charge an urgent fee of 50% of the original order value. Please check our current availability via the contact page before placing an urgent order.
The delivery period begins only upon receipt of all briefing documents. Should further information be required during the writing process, the delivery date will be shifted accordingly based on the client's response time.
Yes, for Corporate Blog packages, we agree on an editorial calendar with fixed monthly delivery dates to ensure a consistent publication strategy for your company.
Revisions and Changes
Each of our standard orders includes 2 revision rounds. This ensures that the final text meets your expectations and aligns perfectly with your corporate brand voice.
A revision round consists of a collected list of requested changes for the entire text. Individual, staggered comments are counted as a single round, provided they occur within a reasonable timeframe.
Additional corrections beyond the two agreed rounds, or changes based on a modification of the original brief, are billed at our hourly rate for Editing & Proofreading (120 € incl. VAT).
Yes, this falls under our "Editing & Proofreading" service. We optimize existing texts regarding grammar, style, and overall readability.
Copyright and Confidentiality
The exclusive usage and exploitation rights to the created texts are transferred to the client upon full payment of the fee. Further details can be found in our Terms.
All information provided to us during the collaboration is treated as strictly confidential. We operate according to GDPR guidelines. Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.
We request explicit consent from the client for every publication in our portfolio. Without this permission, your projects remain private.
We store project drafts and working files for a period of 6 months after the completion of the project to allow quick access to previous versions if needed.
Payment Terms and Billing
To reserve the capacity of our editors, we require a deposit of 30% of the estimated total value of the order.
For business clients (B2B), a payment term of 14 days after invoicing applies.
In our price lists, we provide both the prices including the statutory Austrian VAT of 20% and the net prices. Please check your individual proposal for the exact amount.
If an order is cancelled after the briefing phase but before the actual text creation, the effort for conception and briefing management will be invoiced. The deposit will be settled accordingly.
We hope this overview has answered your questions. Please note that the legally binding regulations are set forth in our Terms and Privacy Policy. For individual arrangements, you can reach us at [email protected] or by phone at 0512 23 31 24.
