Terms and Conditions

Updated on 12 October 2026

1. Scope and Contracting Party

These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Barocosignalza GmbH (share capital €10,000, Managing Director Christoph Gruber, Maria-Theresien-Straße 42, 6020 Innsbruck) and its clients. These terms are supplemented by the provisions in the Privacy Policy.

2. Ordering and Booking

A contract is formed when the client requests a specific service (e.g., website copywriting or corporate blog management) and Barocosignalza GmbH confirms this in writing. The basis for the creation of texts is the briefing provided by the client. Changes to the briefing after the project has started may lead to an adjustment of costs.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices listed on the website include the statutory VAT of 20%. Billing is carried out according to the units defined in the Services overview (e.g., per 1,000 words or per hour).

  • Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required for every order.
  • Urgency: Express orders requiring a shortened delivery time are subject to a surcharge of 50%.
  • B2B Payment Terms: For corporate clients (B2B), a payment term of 14 days from the date of invoice applies.

4. Performance and Revisions

The average delivery time is 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed. The price includes a maximum of two revision rounds. Additional correction requests that exceed the original scope of the briefing will be charged separately at the hourly rate.

Drafts are archived for a period of 6 months. After this period, Barocosignalza GmbH assumes no liability for the availability of old versions.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

Barocosignalza GmbH transfers the exclusive, temporally and spatially unlimited usage rights to the final texts to the client only after full payment of the agreed fee. Until full settlement of all claims, all rights remain with Barocosignalza GmbH.

The client ensures that all information and materials provided for the creation of the content are free of third-party rights. In the case of interviews, it is assumed that the client obtains the consent of the interviewed persons for publication.

6. Liability and Warranty

Barocosignalza GmbH is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded. The client is obliged to check the delivered texts for factual accuracy before publication.

We do not produce texts in the fields of medicine, finance, investment, or political campaigning.

7. Consumer Protection and Jurisdiction

For consumers, the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and the Distance and Off-Premises Trade Act (FAGG) apply. The right of withdrawal is governed by statutory provisions, provided it does not concern an individually customized service where execution has already begun.

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck. In the event of disputes, the client may contact the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, regarding data protection issues according to the GDPR and DSG.
